Open to all students of the 12-week program

The Bridge

Maybe you feel connected to many possible projects, or even genres, and you don’t know how to land in one. Or maybe you have several pieces of writing and can sense that there’s some larger whole forming, but you aren’t sure what that is.

This workshop is for people who want to go deeper in their writing terrain, but aren’t sure what that looks like yet.

In this workshop, you'll learn techniques to:

  • Discover the connective themes and shapes intrinsic to your writing

  • Refine elements of craft like structure and character development without getting stuck in “shoulds”

  • Know how to spiral back into the 12-week course to support a growing project

By the end of the four sessions, you'll be connected to a larger project with a sense of where to go next.

To create a sharing environment, attendance is essential. Sessions are recorded if you need to miss one.
